PositiveIt seemed very pleasant. Although I have heard. Since the change in owner. They may be placing people into assisted living who may need more supervision. Sometimes the levels get mixed in. The rooms were fine.

CriticalWe have to keep a camera in room of relative so we can call when he needs depends changed or needs other help. Only has 1 Lpn for 12hrs and 69 residents with 2 aides,nor STNA,poorly educated and trained. We have to go daily to help him cuz staff doesn't routinely check on him. He gained 80 pounds from high salt,carb,sugar,fat diet. Residential Dr there orders high amounts of water pills to residents. Kitchen won't give diabetic diet,they sat they will but don't. PositiveKudos to the folks at Poland Village Assisted living for hosting such a nice Thanksgiving gathering. The seasonal decorations looked so festive. Staff really went out of their way to provide family members with a chance to enjoy a Thanksgiving feast with their resident loved ones. I loved the pies. Instantly added to the late summer's Margaritaville party on our list of memories with Dad.

Positive[name removed] has adjusted nicely. She gets good care. And activities The place is beautiful complete with hot cookies every day. Plus many well planned theme parties and events a couple times I’ve told stories w [name removed] and how she helped me hear things. She was always a good housekeeper and I had to let our husbands make kielbasa at our house because she would not permit that in her beautiful home !!!

CriticalMom's room had a broken blind and broken light fixture. Refrigerator didn't keep items cold. Most of them were nice. Wouldn't follow regular diet as ordered by Dr. followed a diabetic diet and denied her of things she liked. So she started retaining fluid by giving her salty foods. The care services are terrible. They wouldn't give her a shower I had to shower her when I would go visit. Christmas I went to pick her up and she had no clean clothes to wear.
