PositiveIt is always a bit of a scary transition to move to independent living. [Name Removed] was very kind, understanding, patient just absolutely wonderful. This made my parents feel very much at ease. She was probably the primary reason my parents decided to go there.

Ponderosa has been great to work with and very accommodating despite some twists and turns along the way trying to get my parents moved. My only criticism would be having to follow-up on a few items several times in order to get them done. Overall a very good experience and wonderful, caring staff to lean on.

CriticalFrustrating 10k for 10 days
This was not a good experience for us. The staff wasn't very attentive to my dad. He had a stroke and my friend called me saying something wasn't right so I drove into town and I am the one that called the nurse to have 911 called. He was there for 10 days and it was awful. I asked for dads deposit back of 1000 and they said it was a community fee and was not refundable. I said he was only there for 10 days and they didn't seem to care.
