PositiveTrail Ridge Senior Living
The culture, attitude and friendliness of Residents and Staff is outstanding. The amenities are second to none. The facility itself is a little older, but the apartments are being remodeled as they become available and public areas are being updated on an ongoing basis. I give Trail Ridge an almost perfect rating since no organization is totally perfect. One thing I did not mention is that the rates are reasonable and the apartments are larger than most, if not all the senior facilities in the area.

This community is very clean and they have very helpful staff. The staff are very, caring, helpful and professional with my loved one as well as my family. They have swimming, and water volleyball, a hot tub, a person that comes in to play the piano and they all sing songs around the piano. There is always some type of activities for the residents at this community.

CriticalPoor management
The employees taking care of patients is good but management is poor. Don’t believe what they tell you during tour they can’t live up to those promises. Billing can’t get a bill straight. The good are rehab group won’t listen to your wishes they just do what they want and bill you for it. Been a nightmare working with the business end of this facility.
