★★★★★
PositiveI would give it a 5, because of the willingness of the staff to work any issues and improve the overall experience of the residents. I was impressed with how accommodating PVG has been as Janine requires more help at meal time. She was moved to the Discovery side where she receives the additional help she needs.
★★★★★
PositiveKinda rough the first few weeks for all involved - Mom/dad, us & the caregivers. Things have settled down to a point where we would provide the following ratings: staff-5; quality of care- 4.5; activities-5; food-4.5 (dad 5+; Mom 4 as she is gluten free); cleanliness-5; room-4.5. Bottom line once the staff/care givers get to know the patients they are trending toward 4.5 to 5.

PositiveVery caring group of people. My wife struggled to adapt early on and PVG did everything they could to accommodate her needs. I'm there every day and see the operation up close and personal. I'm happy with the selection of PVG .
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff care for patients like family. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
★★★★★
PositivePonte Vedra Gardens is just what we were looking for to care for my wife. Nice size and specializing in memory care. The staff is caring and professional and has been understanding as my wife has had a difficult transition. She seems to be settling in a little more after 60 days, but is not completely acclimated just yet. I expect after a few more weeks she will start to feel like it is home. That is my hope anyway. PWG has been great!
★★★★★
CriticalPonte Vedra Gardens advertises they care for dementia patients that suffer from aggressive behavior, which is a symptom of dementia, and the way they do it is by evicting a dementia patient that shows signs of being aggressive. After eviction it was determined that aggressive behavior can be controlled with proper medication.
