I am very happy that mom's there. The only issue I've had is getting medication transitioned from her address to their pharmacy. It's also not always clear what is paid for but, we're lucky enough to be able to afford it.

Make sure to ask any and all questions you may have.

Would recommend, but ask questions.

Ask a lot of questions. Don't assume. . . We find out new things all the time. So even if you think you know, ask. And make sure you ask if there is a charge/fee, as that information has been an afterthought on their part. Generally they provide good care to my loved one.

Not for my family because I care

Dirty, nursing staff is rude, lose personal items of the residents, smells awful, unsympathetic to families

Don't do it to your loved ones

It smells like a monkey cage at the zoo and the nurses are miserable. They act like family members are an inconvenience.

Their first priority is to the other levels of care on the campus. The rooms are very small and the Parkinson's wing had only 40 beds which were all full. The residents in this unit were too far along for Mom.
