Not fun initial experience! Awful.

Totally misrepresented initially. Low number of workers. Very rude and dishonest administrator. Things have leveled out finally but I was told I was going to be included in monthly reviews. Not. I was told her fees would be $[removed]+ for level 6+ care. Her bill was $[removed] plus. I put calls in to admin, marketing dept and finance dept. never returned my calls. Not one to this day. Very disappointed. But… have nowhere else to take her. [name removed] was really having a hard time w the transition and upset quit…

Direct care staff were great. Management a disappointment.

Direct care staff were wonderful, management very poor. When my mother was there, the facility had very poor management who were not the least interested in returning my calls or meeting with me. Shortly before my mother passed away, the manager was relieved of their duties and a temporary person was brought in from the home office. My mother only lived a few more weeks after this transition so I can't speak to any issues regarding improvements in that area. People considering the facility should really investigate…

Our family had an in person tour with Prestige Senior Living and we thought it was a great tour experience, all of the staff members were really nice and did a great job presenting what they had to offer.

Caring and Attentive Staff

They have an incredibly caring staff working in the memory care program. These staff members were always attentive to the needs of my mother. They were especially wonderful on the day my mother died, not only providing care to my mother but to me as well.

Prestige Orchard Heights is a smaller facility so the staff is smaller and they all know the residents individually. They are able to build that relationship with them and that is golden when you are leaving your parents at a facility. We know that she is well taken care of and with people who really care.
