Our family's experience

Quality of care - (4.5); the staff is overwhelmingly great and he is kept clean; have seen some inconsistencies with basic hygiene such as shaving, tooth brushing and hair care Activities (4); Rated a 4 ONLY because they are short staffed due to a serious medical condition of a staff member; hoping for more activity when she returns. The rest of the staff is trying hard to fill the gap.Value for the money - we don't know how to rate this! It is expensive but most places seem to be expensive.

I really enjoyed the tour and think any family member would feel safe and happy with the community.

As a volunteer I have found the staff and residents at Priddy Manor to be friendly and welcoming. The facility is decorated for the season and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The work we have provided always is appreciated by the staff. It is our privilege to serve!

The BEST ever!!!!

Making the decision to place a loved one in a facility is the hardest decision ever. Just to place the call to ask about a tour can be difficult However; [name removed] made me feel very comfortable when talking with her about Priddy Manor. Her passion for her job was evident. After touring the facility, my brother and I both knew Priddy Manor was the place for my mother. Outstanding

My experience with Priddy Manor had been outstanding! I had to place my husband as he has FTD (Dementia). These folks have been so attentive, supportive and caring. My husband has adapted so well due to the wonderful staff, awesome activities person and care and concern for him. From the office staff to the janitor, they are truly the best!

Priddy Manor experience

Transfering my mother to Priddy Manor for the last 2-1/2 years of her life -was the best decision i have made concerning her care and wellbeing. I was impressed with the professional 24 hour care, the family friendly atmosph- ere, all the crafts and fun, and finally the lessons learned that comes with the decline of old age. The nurses, and staff all stand above the norm in helping and being available. Many thanks to everyone.
