Quail Park North Side Visalia was very nice but as I said, nickel and dimed us to death. His new facility does the laundry and it is included. Over at Quail Park he only had a studio and at his new facility he has a real apartment. They are expensive and charge for just about everything. The first level of care was $[amount removed] at Quail Park whereas it is only $[amount removed] at his new facility. I feel my loved one gets more attention from staff at his new facility than he did at Quail Park.

This beautiful, new facility is like a 5-star hotel. The Caregivers & Med Techs, Life Engagement Director, and ALL the staff in Memory Care have been wonderful with my dad. I have peace of mind knowing he's in such caring, kind, gentle, capable hands. They help him brush his teeth & get dressed each morning, then take him to the beautiful dining room for breakfast, then it’s fantastic activities every 30-60 minutes for the rest of the day, like painting, brain games, karaoke, group exercise, trivia, or watching per…
