A good place for mom

My mom was no longer able to safety stay at home by herself. We toured a few assisted living facilities and found Westmont Woods to be a good fit. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I have questions. They answer my concerns. The rooms are sizeable, clean and comfortable. My mom has been there for over 5 yrs. We brought some things from her house to make it "home" the food is good and served warm. She is picky, so I make sure she has frozen options the staff gladly heats for her. It's ok as long as you don't have to loss butt to get things done

Everyone friendly at the home. I mean staff wise. Always a good idea to keep your lawyer on stand by if needed.

I have found the staff and be incredibly kind and extremely hard working. I have been in the home numerous times and days of the week and have nothing but positive experiences. we are thankful that two of our very clear friends are so well taken care of. I would recommend Westmont Woods to anyone.

Caring staff, 97 yo uncle provided excellent care to date (1 yr) in assisted living. Food considered poor by resident, most provided by family.

It your upset they take time to listen! If I am in a bad mood, they always make me laugh with a joke or saying something funny. Head of unit comes in and talks to you if you have questions about medicine or whatever even medical condition. If we don't understand! Staff is respectful even to residents who can be mean to the staff. They are very caring and concerned for our safety.
