PositiveWonderful facility
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assistant living community. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with kindness and genuine compassion. Beth and her staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe and truly cared for. The facility is always clean, comfortable and inviting. The activities, meals and social opportunities help residents stay engaged and connected. Communications with families is excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Randall for their excellent care.

CriticalAvoid it!
Had a grandmother move in 7 weeks ago. No hot water in shower, she wasn't given garage key, still no mailbox key. I've never seen a worse run retirement home. We have discussed with on-site staff last 7 weeks to no resolve, lots of excuses. Going to DPH to get the situation resolved. Avoid it!
