At first our experience was pretty much positive. They were able to get my dad into a nice clean room and provide him with everything he needed right away. However, my dad's behavior started to get worse and Carriages, in my opinion, was not ready to take that on. We found out that my dad was given the door code from another resident and went outside on his own. We were also told the front desk person gave him the last digit. The communication between the nursing team and administration also could be improved. They…

The way my mother in law has settled in so far has made this a positive experience. The accessibility and friendliness of the staff is really comforting during a stressful process. She has so many more opportunities to have activities than when she was alone at home waiting for one of us to get off work. She's only been there a short time but she is adjusting to her new surroundings well.

The nursing staff was caring and compassionate when I needed it. The nurses and caregivers were attentive to me. Daughter is a pharmacist my daughter of any changes in my mood, vitals. She had many conversations with nurses about my responses to meds. Lots of interaction between her, the nurses, and the doctor. Husband ease in memory care. Staff kept me updated on him.
