Lack compassion

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience with Rayas in San Clemente due to how poorly we were treated—especially during such a difficult time for our family. After my mother passed away, we trusted Rayas to treat our mother with the utmost care, but what followed was incredibly upsetting and disrespectful. Excellent facility and staff

Facility is wonderful. Staff really goes the extra mile to help. Summer meals on the roof top are absolutely spectacular with the sunsets. I would highly recommend them. It is expensive, but you are in an expensive ocean side community.

It's a beautiful new facility with wonderful and caring staff. Very positive experience!!!

What our family likes the most about Raya's Paradise is that it is a very small facility and that my 98 year old loved all the persona care that they have provided. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Positive

We're pleased with Raya's Paradise

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will spend as much time as you need to fully answer questions. The community is spotless. I've never smelled anything bad. The food is presented on plates that could be from a 5 star hotel. They welcome family to eat there. I've never had a bad meal, full menu, and are willing to prepare a meal or snacks when even you ask. We visited many places and this place was a perfect fit for our needs.
