PositiveFriendly staff but very busy running up stairs with tablets in hand, clean but very sterile entryway attractive, outdoor environment average size rooms. Only one elevator to use in case of emergency the publicity director tells me they have special chairs to help evacuate from the upstairs level similar to other assisted living facilities I have visited.

Improve on meals too many soups etc. Another disappointing thing as we have no table except in the dining hall where he and I can play a two handed card game...the round ones are too small and I brought one into his room but now I hurt my back and can longer set it up and the room we used to play in is off limits now.

PositiveI think they are overall good...but slow to repair any problems is the room. And I am concerned about the changes in the food. Not what it was 6 weeks ago. Less protein over all and fewer choices. Also breakfast is now a buffet...not getting what you want. scrambled eggs often.

PositiveTook a tour today and enjoy it very much. It was clean and smelled good. Had engaging staff that dress professional. The Rooms are spacious and feel warm and friendly. Overall, the community is one that I could see putting my family in.
