The staff at Park West last year when we had the urgent need to get family into assisted living was great. They really showed that they cared, understood the urgency and the situation of having one parent with memory issues and one parent in the hospital with an emergency. They helped us as much as they could along the journey. Throughout 2025 I have to say that the service has been a steady decline. Definitely recommend! The cottages are beautiful and staff are very attentive and supportive. Located close to small beautiful lake with a walking path. Grocery store and drug store easy to walk to. Very safe, quiet and friendly place. Fantastic place to be!
