The opportunities for social activity seemed to be scarce. However I was only present an hour or so every other day due to the distance from my house. So I may have missed those activities. The staff was wonderful - thoughtful, caring, and very capable. My husband was in good hands. When an emergency arose, the staff reacted quickly and appropriately. Very compassionate staff

The staff at St. Gabriel is quite varied. All ages, men and women, young and a bit older. All showed great care for the residents. Getting the residents involved is often difficult, but many attempts are made daily. My husband's attitude varied from day to day, but the staff continued to work with him. The nurses are especially professional and caring. I would recommend St.Gabriel to anyone who enjoys quiet time and plenty of personal space.

A nightmare

Staff stole my husbands expensive ring the first night he was there. Staff left memory care patients alone for 15 minute periods at a time. Found my husband slept in the same clothes he wore the day before on several occasions. Rounds at night were not consistent. My husband fell during the night and no one was aware, I found out the next morning when I went to bathe him and found bruises on him. His room was disheveled and some of his clothes in the shower wet. Patients were given dinners that were too hard f…

Very pleased with my wife’s care. Very clean, good meals

Our granddaughter and I checked a good many care centers before we picked st Gabriel‘s. I feel like we made a great choice and my wife is as happy as can be Expected under the circumstances. The staff is outstanding.

The staff at St. Gabriel gave us a nice tour. The facility was smaller and needed some updates done to it. It was more expensive and also in not as quite as nice as a part of town as another place we were looking into.

This was a very nice community and brand new during our tour. The fees were a little too much for us. There were a lot of amenities and care supplies.
