One of the hardest decisions you'll ever make is placing a parent or loved one in memory care. You trust that the care and safety promised will be delivered. The staff and facility are outstanding. His room is wonderful, and the price is very reasonable for what's provided. My dad isn't naturally community-oriented, but he is gradually adjusting. Those are my overall impressions. The food is good, though my dad sometimes feels the portions aren't enough. I've encouraged him to ask for more, but I don't think he always does. They were very gracious to me answered every question. I had put up with me, calling them all the time to see how my brother was. I can't think of a better place for the price and regency palms. I think the facility could improve upon the food. My wife and I have only eaten there a couple of times, but mother-in-law frequently makes comments about too much pasta. Otherwise, the staff always seems friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and the residents seem well cared for. I imagine there are better facilities out there, but they are probably way more expensive. We have been very pleased with the services provided for mother-in-law at this facility.
