My assessment is based on 2 care staff... 2 med techs as well as 2 activities staff and one front desk woman that are exceptional There are several others that are very average really mediocre providers. But the ones that are good are outstanding. And make the entire experience worth it... with out them I would be disheartened

At Regency Park in Gambrills- I never ate there. The place was cozy, clean and clean smelling, the caretakers were all very diligent, accommodating, and nice to my mom, and me/visitors. For a person of my mom's means it was a great place.

We cannot rate the activities, my father-in-law chooses not to participate. What we like the most about the community is the friendly staff, one level (no need for an elevator), does not have an odor like other assisted living facilities. Yes, we would recommend this community to others.

It was a great place for her- the one in Gambrills. For my mom who was at times anxious, low functioning and psychotic at times- this place really took care of her. The staff was so nice to her as well; I never felt uncomfortable leaving her with them; they kept her clean and called to notify me of any problems. They are A+.

The aids, front line staff, and med techs all know the residents, and they really reach out and care for them. It's a warm and caring atmosphere. The management communicates well if there is an issue. The negative I have is Wi-Fi does not work in the room we have... and no.one has fixed it. The bathroom is old... but staff do keep things clean.
