★★★★★
PositiveIt was the only one available in Prineville. They have a lot of different activities for the residents.

PositiveFrom making the initial appointment for me and my mom to tour, to signing her up and moving her in, this has been a positive experience. The response to my questions has been immediate and thorough from more than one person. The activities personnel are fun and creative and treat each person like their own parent. They keep tabs on what people may like to do and make sure they are included, tapping on doors to check if they are joining. PositiveMy loved one is a resident at Regency Village. The staff, from kitchen to admin, have all been very helpful. We appreciate all of them! They are doing a wonderful job and this is the perfect place for our sister.

CriticalAreas we think they could improve on would be keeping the patients Medicines organizes and not lost or last minute reorder so patients family is on alert daily with fear of wrong dosage or misplaced medicines and doctors orders and cleaner bathrooms and better food to eat and more helpful workers, not just doing just one project. As it's not there job and not asking other workers to help patient.
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose Regency Village at Prineville because they had availability right away when we really needed it. It was also in a great location for all of our family so we were able to visit more often. The care that my loved one received while she was here was great. I would recommend this facility to others who are looking.
★★★★★
PositiveWhile our loved one was there, she got sick and had to go to the hospital. They recommend she go to a nursing home to recover, but she shortly passed away after. About a month later we went back to this community to grab her belongings and the room was dirty. There was mouse droppings in the drawers, the floors, window seals and sink were very dirty. The director called our family to apologize, and with covid we know times were difficult. The staff was friendly but at times they did seem short staffed.
