Disappointed in the System and Nation.

It's way too expensive, and the care seems minimal. They can't even help a resident with a on line appointment. I'm just surprised by how much care I need to provide even though they are in a care home.

It's expensive, but much better than previous facility

Thankful to have moved my dad to Regency Woodland in Salem. They seem to have more caring and consistent staff and definitely help to keep my dad's apartment clean and keep a close eye on him.

Review for Regency Woodland

The staff at Woodland are all exceedingly warm and friendly and take good care of my brother. His physical needs have changed since moving in, and Woodland continues to meet his needs. They involve the residents in planning meals and activities. The facility is well maintained and clean. We made the right choice.

Review for Regency Woodland

I would say that the staff really seems to care about the residents and work at making them comfortable. My brother feels cared for. Regency Woodland is on my short list of assisted living facilities I would choose for myself, when that need arises!

Unprofessional management team

The management at this facility was very unprofessional and did not follow protocol. Most of the staff were not up to par with caring for my father and the other residents. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone I care about.

My kids toured this community. They liked this community but it seemed the same as a lot of other communities and the issues that they are currently experiencing. The under staffing is one of the biggest issues a long with it being out of my budget.
