PositiveMy experience was very informative and eye opening on the size of apartments for the price and the amount of of amenities provided by the providers. I found the apartment to be very small for a two bedroom home. We are going from a 3800 Sq.ft home and outbuildings to an apartment of 900Sq.ft apartment, we have to down size a whole lot. Therefore, the Regent doesn't have enough space for us and besides we don't have transportation to go between storage units and Apartments. Thank you for your time and patience.

CriticalIf your loved one is unable to feed themselves, they just leave the food on a table next to them. Even when you ask for weekly weights, they do not do it. The food was great, but they can't keep staff and the residents wait forever just to be served. The activities were frequent and had great variety. When they want you out, they give you very little time to find other accommodations complaining to your loved one that you aren't actually even looking.
★★★★★
PositiveWe were only here a short amount of time, but the staff were amazing! They were awesome at getting Mom involved in interactions with the other residents. They also made us feel very welcomed when we visited and part of the experience.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are very helpful and courteous. The staff does tend to get just and in a routine of what they need to get done that day but everyone is very helpful overall. The facility is very clean and it is understandable that it might be a little tricky to totally eliminate some smells.
★★★★★
PositiveMy son couldn't have put me in a better place; I love it here. I have friends, everyone is nice, and the food is good.

PositiveRegent Park Assisted Living is closer to me & Dad's in Regent Park rehab across the parking lot from her. Staff is great & everyone knows her. They're very accommodating for extra needs. The price is comparable to other places but nicer. Apartments not rooms.
