PositiveWe had a great tour and everyone on the team was so patient with all of our questions. We learned a great deal about mom’s dementia and help us better understand what to expect in the future. Even though we’re not ready for her to move in yet, she enjoyed it so much that she’s is now fine with move out or her house.

The activities get a 5++. The activities are engaging and varied. Almost weekly field trips. Staff for are kind and compassionate. Communication with family members is excellent. Cleanliness. It is definitely not perfect but we feel like Renaissance is the best memory care option available in our area.
