PositiveI liked the building setup. Activity rooms appeared easily accessible. The residents were actively enjoying a musician in the dining room. The room showed to me was nice. I understood what a two bedroom apartment would look like. The meal plan was disappointing. $[removed]a day is unrealistic. The dining times were not great. The young lady who took us around was polite, professional, knew the residents and informative.

We have been bought out by another entity. Slowly good changes are being made. New landscaping and painting main areas of the building. Refreshing the Pearl Restaurant. Updating decor. The staff is very responsive to a resident's need. They don't drag their feed. In addition they gladly help you find the specific help you need. They are friendly and sincere.
