PositiveHighly Recommend, Great Facility
It is not an assisted living facility. It is a Senior Independent Living Apts. They do have 24/7 concierge but no medical on staff. (Which is what I wanted! No assisted living for me!) If that is what someone requires, this isn't for them. Beautiful and modern. Dining rooms, movie theater, ice cream parlor, hair salon, activities galore, all here. People and staff are all so friendly and present. Seeing is believing.

PositiveVery nice facility and presenter. Good layout. It was helpful that we knew a couple who are residents here 6 months year. Beautiful rooms and grounds with plenty of parking, although we no longer drive. Revel shuttle driver was very friendly and kind. On the down side, the whole place was dead - I.e. not a resident in sight participating in activity.

I would say 5 for all of these. I feel like I am on a stationary cruise. Everyone, staff and residents are welcoming. Wouldn't mind a little more space, But this is my first time at downsizing. Hard to do.

There has been a lot of staff turnover. Sadly, since it is new & not full, they aren't living up to the promises of events. My loved one was told she could use excess points for hair/nail on site, but the "system" won't allow for it. Apparently a lot more folks are 'assisted' than 'independent', which also affects the social aspect. My aunt doesn't have a smart phone, but all events are sign up electronically. Things like this have not made her happy.
