Enjoyed the tour given by [name removed]. The grounds were well kept, the interior common areas were warm & welcoming. Events were being attended. The pool, spa, & Patio bar b cue area were inviting. And I was most pleased by the lovely exteriors of the independent cottages/duplexes, as they actually looked like a place one could be happy to drive up to and call home. A great place for senior living.

We have only met the sales person, concierge, chief of maintenance and dining room staff. All are really great, especially the dining room staff. We are in an independent cottage behind the main building. 2 BR 2BA and 1600 Sq ft. Really nice.

I feel like all the staff are very kind to my mother and to myself. There's a couple of factors here. Price and distance. I would recommend to others.

Disappointed in memory care

Facility is nice. Food is good. Aides are babysitters. No nursing. Activities director (not a nurse) is the best employee. If the patient needs help, they call for others. My husband fell in the bathroom 3 nights in a row; all 3 nights they called the fire department medics to ambulance him to the hospital. No injuries any event. When I said the level of care was not enough the LVN said they were doing the highest level. I gave notice that day. I commented only on the Dementia Unit. The facility also has independe…

Friendly Staff

Everyone is so friendly, and it feels like they are family to my mom. The communication is very good, and yes they are taking good care of my mom. I would recommend this community to other families.

Great Place to Live

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is short staffed, like a lot of places are nowadays. They have lots of activities for the residents to choose from. My concern is with the accounting department. They don't understand that they have double billed in the past. They have also not been able to get their billing correct until recently, and they are not being helpful with resolving the situation.
