There were a couple minor issues but Rittenhouse seems to be doing a good job. I would recommend but I would warn that the food isn't very good.

PositiveMom really liked the staff but the apartments won’t fit her needs. She has a cat that she can’t sleep with at this time and most of the rooms are studio without a door to shut her cat out for sleeping. Also, she said the apartments are too small for her as far as storage space.

PositiveI was impressed with The Rittenhouse, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and/or apts. were small. Setup is similar to a hospital/ nursing home, long hallways and parallel. However very clean. Good activities, and activities are set so there’s is something mostly for any desire or likes.

My loved one was previously a resident at Rittenhouse Village at Northside and her experience at this facility was pretty good. The staff were all kind to the residents. My loved one had a very nice, private room. The cleanliness was very good. The care services, meals and activities were also good. I would recommend Rittenhouse Village at Northside to others.
