★★★★★
PositiveIt was very nice and had some interesting things. Love everything they do for you just out of my price range, but I'd love it.
★★★★★
PositiveWe thoroughly enjoyed it to the point of considering it as an option. But then we toured another more expensive facility and found full kitchens, all units with washer/ dryers, more activities and better menus. Will be heading in that direction instead because it is within the budget. But Rittenhouse was good for the price.
★★★★★
PositiveThe whole atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone is very helpful. Caring. Meals are great 3 times a day. A great place to live
★★★★★
PositiveOur tour guide was excellent ensuring us all the details. The assistant manager came to meet us also. Everyone was friendly and the apartment being renovated as an extra special touch.
★★★★★
PositiveI was treated very well by [name removed] - she took me all over and explained everything. I was impressed by all the amenities.
★★★★★
PositiveSorry for the delay. The facility is a bit dated. We do not use the laundry facility because most residents complain (took someone 5 hours to dry a load of laundry). Rooms are slightly dated but acceptable. The staff is just amazing. Everyone is so friendly. The residents are all very helpful and friendly as well. It's a very welcoming environment.
