This place is under investigation for rights violations I left because I couldn't take no more crap nurses are quitting left and right because of intimidation and scare tactics. It's not a healthy place to be .don't send your loved ones here go somewhere else

5 for all when it comes to River Crossing. The staff was especially caring. Fixed room especially for my mom. Let us move her furniture before we moved her. And they didn't have to take her back after she was in the hospital, but they did.

I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved one. The staff communication with the family was great! The Director of Marketing and Director of Nursing went to visit my loved one and introduce themselves. They were very patient with our loved one and this meant the world to the family!
