Employees are nice and helpful

I have been here for 29 months. The first 18 months were fine then [date removed] they raised the rent 7% and started taking away amenities too. The food has really gone downhill hill since [date removed]. Even 7 servers quit cause of lack of care in the kitchen. I will say the ladies in activities are great and the caregivers bend over backwards for you. Employers are another story. They do offer on Labor Day and Memorial Day a cookout for an extra [removed]. Where I used to live they would do that free for reside…

She tells me all the time she is very happy with her place. Residents are great she has met a lot of people. Access to library & salon is great. The only issue was it took her a year & 1/2 to get in & she wanted a balcony but didn't get it she just took the next available place. She does have 1.5 baths, & a den. Very roomy.

he staff takes very good care of [name removed]. He is always clean and well cared for. They are kind and friendly. [name removed] likes to joke around with them, and they love it! There are lots of activities. [name removed] has gotten stronger with the chair exercises every weekday morning. They have programs to attend a few times a month. The food is excellent. The building is beautiful and well cared for. The ceilings are higher, so the rooms feel spacious. There are lots of windows to keep it bright and cheer…

Cheery personalities

The care staff is very sociable and with cheery personalities. The facility itself is also bright and cheery with lots of windows and light coming in. It is also a newer facility. There are three categories of living there which are independent living, assisted living and Memory Care. One thing I thought that was quite nice was that they have a group of volunteers from both the independent living and assisted living that volunteer with activities for the folks in memory care. Awful. Employees afraid

The place has just made major changes and got rid of people that have been there since day one The residents all loved the people that were let go some of them were there even before the place opened It shows that loyalty there isn't recognized. The residents are upset to hear the favorite people receptionist, her daughter, kitchen workers and nurse aides have been forced out. Most all great people.
