Activities are lower than when we first came because they lost their activity person. They just hired another one that will be done with training in a couple of weeks. My experience with the office staff has been awesome. They are so kind and easy to communicate with. The staff that provide daily personal care; toileting, dressing, washing has been good, I believe this is an area where staffing has been an issue too. Many truly kind people that are helping with this part of care but I believe they are stretched thi…

The food was terrible. The messed up her medication several times. The facility had constant turnover. I feared for my mother's safety. I moved her out and the facility wanted to charge me because I didn't give notice.

The staff was the best part - but everybody was except for the general manager who's no longer there. It was a lady. He was in memory care, not assisted living, but they were very nice size rooms. The memory care was very, very nice and then the assisted-living is even nicer and they do lots of activities.
