About the community
Reconnect with nature at Rose Arbor and Wildflower Lodge, where we offer a continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care services in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Enjoy the rustic yet charming Northwoods architecture and vibrant green, landscaped grounds. Our goal at Rose Arbor and Wildflower Lodge is to create a supportive environment for residents through our interactive and flexible programming and services. Community Amenities and Services Enjoy an active lifestyle free from household chores in our independent living neighborhood. Our team is available around the clock to provide services, such as housekeeping, laundry, and transportation. For those who prefer to drive themselves, heated, underground parking is available to keep your vehicle free from the cold Northern elements. We also offer delicious, well-balanced meals prepared fresh daily by our culinary team. Residents are welcome to dine with their friends and family in our lovely, wooden-lodge dining hall. For those who require day-to-day assistance, we offer 24-hour assisted living services. Our caregivers work with residents and their families to create a service plan that enables them to remain as independent as possible, while still receiving the care they need. Our services include ambulatory, incontinence, and diabetic care, medication management services, and assistance with daily living activities, like dressing and bathing. We recognize that it can be difficult to find good care for your loved one, especially if they are living with early to late-stage dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Our memory care unit provides an innovative, person-centered program called Magnolia Trails™. Magnolia Trails™ focuses on five pillars of care, which helps our specially trained caregivers create personalized activities, services, and living environments that accommodate each resident’s current cognitive state. Our goal is to nourish the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. With our interactive recreational events and social activities, residents can spend their days doing the things they love. Stay fit in our fitness room, play a game of pool in the billiards hall, or enjoy some friendly competition and delicious snacks at a community bake off. Other events, such as day trips to local attractions, pet-focused programs, or religious services are also available. Just let us know what interests you and we will add it to our monthly calendar. PositiveI am looking for a new living space for my brother who is 93 years old, lives in St. Michael,MN , and within the past month lost his wife. Rose Arbor is only about five blocks from where I live. He won't be driving any more, so my distance to him is very important. He is able to live independent at this time. I believe he would enjoy being in the company of others as he has no trouble conversing with others.
Response from the communityThank you for considering Rose Arbor for your brother during this important time. We are sorry to hear about the recent loss of his wife and understand that finding the right community is an important decision. It sounds like your brother is currently enjoying an independent lifestyle and values social connection, which are qualities many residents appreciate in our community. We also understand how important it is for family to remain close by, and we're glad our location may offer that convenience for you. If you have any questions about our community, services, or living options, we would be happy to help.

PositiveNursing is somewhat lax. Room sizes are great ( spacious and nice). Amenities and dining are fine. No space for families to have a gathering. And, hallways and open spaces are a bit tight for wheelchairs 2 way traffic.
Response from the communityThank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for recognizing the spacious apartments, friendly team members, and overall value our community provides. We appreciate your comments regarding nursing services, dining, and common spaces. Feedback from residents and their families is invaluable, as it helps us identify opportunities for improvement and better meet the needs of those we serve. We are committed to providing quality care and a positive living experience, and we continuously evaluate our services and community environment to ensure we are meeting those goals. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for your loved one and welcome any additional feedback you may have.

PositiveThis was overwhelming to my mom. The facility was great, it was just such a new experience for her. Too many people coming at her at once. She has lived alone for the past 18 years, which is why it was a bit overwhelming. The facility is not really set up well for dogs. No real walking paths or easy ways to get outside. A cat would be easier. Nice facility otherwise.
Response from the communityThank you for taking the time to tour our community and share your honest feedback. We completely understand how emotional and overwhelming this type of transition can feel, especially for someone who has lived independently for many years. Moving into a senior living community is a major life change, and it is very common for the experience to feel like a lot all at once. We appreciate your comments regarding the pace of the tour and interactions. We are always working to create a welcoming and comfortable experience, and your feedback helps us continue improving how we introduce families to our community. We also appreciate your thoughts regarding pets and outdoor accessibility for dogs. Pets are important family members, and we understand how meaningful those daily routines can be. Thank you again for visiting us and for your kind comments about our community overall. We truly wish you and your mom all the best as you continue exploring the option that feels most comfortable for her.

PositiveResidents seem pretty happy. Health Care Response time for residents is around 10 minutes or less. Residents seem very happy about the care they get and the speed with which their calls are answered. Residents seem to love the food. Ice Cream is a big deal here. Residents feel safe and trust their Medical professionals-many on site. All acknowledging us with a smile or friendly Hello. Our tour guide was prepared for us and had a written info packet ready for us. Parking was ample.
