The staff is great and the Garden homes are well maintained and beautiful. The food in the dining facility is just Ok. Other than that, we are very pleased and happy with Rosegate. One thing I didn't mention was that my Mom and Dads unit burned down 10 days after moving in. Angie and the maintenance crew were incredibly helpful in moving them into an empty unit almost immediately. They offered help and support in replacing all of their belongings and with salvaging some items from the wreckage. They not only were …

The staff are very helpful and professional. I like the complex. Fits my needs well. A bit more insulation between the walls of connected units would be helpful in preventing noise from traveling to adjacent units especially with high incidence of hearing impairment of the average resident. Highway noise has defiantly increased and can be heard throughout the unit.
