Review for Rosehaven Manor

The atmosphere of the community residents has been a good experience for my mom. However, where the facility is located and the surrounding area, for most people, would be a turn-off. Shabby apartment complex across the street, liquor store across the street and this attracts drug buys and crime. Currently, she is paying [amount removed]/month (not including utilities) for a 1 bedroom. Rumor is the rent will increasing to [amount removed]/month. Just ridiculous.

Why wouldn't you want to live at Rosehaven Manor?

The staff at Rosehaven Manor is fantastic and accommodating. They care about their residents and make sure that they offer a variety of activities for the residents. Having a restaurant right on location has been the best part! The food is amazing. From the start of the application and moving in, the process was seamless. I would 100% recommend Rosehaven Manor to anyone looking to have their family in a clean, safe and happy environment.
