CriticalAids very friendly. Improvements for those who are able more activities and getting the residents out of their rooms to be more social. There is a lot of solitude and if I knew this before placing my mother there probably would not have placed her there.

CriticalI would want to tell families to keep a handle on any money that their loved ones keep in their room. Money that my dad had in his wallet that he kept in his room "grew feet." I would suggest money be kept in a locked box that only the family and loved one has access to.

CriticalMy dad did not want to leave home, so that interfered with the overall experience. The facility was always clean. They kept you informed of any health concerns, ie falling, but never called just to tell me he had a good day which I would have appreciated. He was only there 2 months before he passed. He never really got used to being there.

PositiveMom was very isolated, no activities sometimes only 2 staff working. She didn't get a choice for meals. She sat in her chair for long periods and started to get breakdown. When i visited one day she was sitting in her chair soaked and had an un attended skin tear on her hand. When I changed her she had dried BM ON her. She went from wearing pull ups to briefs and cried a lot there was not much social interaction no crafts bingo nail days exercise activities. Sometimes she'd be sitting in her room with the door shu…
