In memory care where my FIL was, he received excellent medical care. The nursing staff was attentive and called me with updates on his medical care and needs. And the staff cared about him as a person and worked to make him feel at home and comfortable. Laundry was a constant issue with losing things, but I know this is a problem in many facilities that do residents' laundry together.

What our family likes the most about the Rowntree Gardens is the overall friendliness of the staff members. They have genuine care for my mom when she needs it. The community is also faith based, which is a big thing. We love the surrounding grounds of the community as well. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to others
