My aunt has not had any issues due her stay at royal estates. Thus far the staff seems warm, friendly and welcoming. We were in a bind where we needed emergency housing for her and they had a room available. I would recommend to others.

II have an update for my review and I am very pleased to say that the executive director took of his personal time to address concerns that we had about our loved one and did not rest until they were all resolved. He has a very caring and concerned demeanor. I have had a lot of experiences with healthcare including having worked in it personally and the assistance I received in helping with my loved one was first class.

Security is not good. Sometimes when I come, especially on the weekends, no one is at the front desk. Anybody can walk in. I also don't like the fact that they don't check my Mom's room door.

We were looking for place for our Mother to live near us. After touring a fair amount of facilities in Southern suburbs, we had almost give up. Then my sister and I found Royal Estates. After meeting with the staff there we thought this might be good fit for Mother. We learned that the services she need were all in this location. And we haven't been disappointed. The quality of care is done to our satisfaction. My mother loves the atmosphere and is meeting a lot people she can relate to and the day to day are doing…
