★★★★★
PositiveSakura is a casual, homey place with a very friendly, polite and helpful staffs toward residences and visitors. The meals are balanced and cleanliness is acceptable. My mom is trying some of the activities available and she is taking her time to get more familiar with them. The room my mom in is spacious and comfortable for her. One should allow to take the time to understand Sakura Gardens and live here to experience a positive, encouraging environment and peaceful mind which is essential at this stage of life.
★★★★★
PositiveWe liked the peaceful, orderly, very friendly atmosphere there at the Sakura garden. We had a pleasant tour with [Name removed] and she was very helpful and kind. Thank you for the lovely tour.
★★★★★
PositiveOne of the nicer facilities in the area, clean, safe, and helpful staff. The resident needs to be comfortable with the other residents predominantly being Japanese and Japanese speaking. They accept everyone and are happy to have you part of the community. Meals are a lot of Japanese food
★★★★★
PositiveIt was easy to make an appointment for a tour and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The studio model that we toured was spacious and bright, with a layout maximising comfort and space. The grounds were well maintained.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is first class. The property overall is well maintained, the studio rooms have been updated and modernized, and staff is very caring. Love the insurance plan because many of the healthcare providers will come to Sakura to see the patients. The shuttle rides are great. The food is very good, hot snd fresh. The staff has great communication with the family as well as the senior. There is plenty of parking for visitors as well as a guard on duty.
★★★★★
PositiveOur mom had dementia issues when she started but the social network and regular healthy meals helped to improve her mental health. Regular exercises also helped. Being able to speak Japanese helped with adjustment. They were very helpful in accommodating our needs.
