All 5s except for 7. We are still looking into that. It has only been a month and we are still observing how engaged my mother in law is. One of the things that that impressed us about Sarah was the friendliness and kindness of the staff not only to us as visitors, but towards the residents. And also the residents all looked happy to be there.

Perfect fit

We like that it was single story and their unit also has an exit to the outside. It's smaller and is more personable to the other residents and staff.

The director of care is responsive and professional. Most staff are good - attentive to residents and seem like they want to be there helping others. Every family will have unique circumstances and flexible and adaptable staff are requires to weather evolving storms. Overall glad I chose Salterra for my Mom.

My husband and I toured Salterra with my parents - as well as another assisted living facility recently. They chose Salterra as my mom felt more comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and genuine. The apartments are well kept and the layout very nice.

I decided to tour this facility because they have a memory care unit which is what my Wife needs. Upon arriving, I notice that the unit is much smaller than other facilities and they don’t really have room for my wife to walk around. If I brought my wife here, I would be able to walk her around the facility as long as she was with me. While I’m not there she would, unfortunately, have to be locked in the memory care unit.
