Salterra at Hanover

Would highly recommend Salterra!

They recently filled their building and so they weren't fully staffed so some of the original needs weren't met. The administration team stepped up to help the staff when they were short! Excellent teamwork! We would definitely recommend!

What a great facility. We made a quick decision to move our Mom there. They seem to really understand the needs of the residents and the families!

At the entrance to the building was a personalized Welcome sign. The property was clean, calm, and peaceful.

The right place for Mom

The staff treated Mom like family. When she went into the hospital and then into the nursing home, they called often to ask how she was doing. We were very disappointed when she wasn't able to return to Volante, it truly was like being at home for Mom

Salterra is a step above. The staff are authentically enthusiastic. It’s clear they care about the residents by how they interact with them and with the families. When mom checked in by the end of her first day she had multiple friends and knew some of the staff by name. Clean. Well maintained. Fresh. Those are words to describe the facility. The food was outstanding.

Nice facility, disorganized and lacking overall

Nice facility, and location. Staff is friendly, but the execution of care is lacking. Found my loved one lacks basic care needs, and have been addressing it with the RN. Food, best in the business - but not really a big differentiator. Been there multiple times, RN is absent each time I have been there. Actually found a resident outside the he locked gate one day, had to let them back in. Could be the best place ever, need them to get there level of care in order and process.
