PositiveStaff was nice. The toilets were low with no accommodations like hand rails. The 1 bedroom had 2 baths which isn’t necessary. There was no kitchenette in the room. One bath had a tub - useless! They could put a microwave and some cabinets in that area.

PositiveStaff was great. Learned all about the memory care facility and amenities included. I appreciated the time taken to show me around and provide details regarding cost, etc.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very clean and the staff stays very engaged. They do tons of activities and seem very relaxed and friendly. The food and snacks are very good and it's a fun atmosphere. The only con is when I go to visit there is hardly ever anyone there to let me in after pressing the buzzer. I sometimes wait 20-30 minutes. I also would like to see better programs on the tv. Comedies or lighthearted shows. (Not Jaws)! The room sizes are somewhat small, however, they are rarely in them.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Nursing staff (one Nurse in particular) was rude, condescending, unprofessional, and a real pain to work with.

PositiveThis is a beautiful facility. The price and amenities are very well worth it. I chose another facility, but only because my father is 99 and I felt it is important to be in a place that only has one floor and is smaller so he wouldn't get lost or confused with a larger area. Highly recommend for someone who is not as elderly as my father.
