CriticalThey are thieves! Everything my mom took over for him would get stolen. She had his name on all of his belongings, clothes, toiletries, shoes, bed linens, towels, and ALL of it got stolen several times. He would be wearing other people's clothing, shoes, glasses, and when my mom asked about it, no one knew a thing! They stole his nice blankets, his ball caps! Disgusting. PositiveMy loved one is currently a resident at San Jose Gardens Alzheimer's Special Care Center. Overall, her experience here at this facility has been very good. The friendliness is great! The cleanliness, staff, and quality of care are good. The value for cost is also good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
