Told my mother is refusing services until I show video from room that she did not refuse; they are using her as an excuse for not providing because she cannot remember. Billing issues for 5 months. My son and daughter in law wanted me to go right away. I called to cancel Sancerre and stopped payment on a [amount removed] check. They lied about multiple issues- costs, added fees, only checking on me at bedtime. If I used the tech more times a day would cost extra and possibly a new rate. I was told I could stay in the facility thru end of life and long term care. All not true per the admitting person. I was told I could dispense my own meds one they were cleared by Dr. I still have my RN license. I did not wan…

Our pricing includes the monthly rental fee as well as personalized care services, which can vary depending on each resident’s individual needs. PositiveI brought my mom to Tour this amazing facility. Everyone was so kind and helpful to tell us about the activities this Company offers . No one was in a rush to answer any small or big questions we needed to be answered . We felt in love with how homely it made you feel at home and we love the dinning room and the smell of the aroma when we walked in . We loved the way the walls are decorated with pictures and the furniture. The fire place was beautiful and the bistro setting was gorgeous.
