PositiveI understand [community removed] is under new ownership and most of the staff that was there when we were there has left. But during her time there, my mom LOVED all of the staff members! There were many activities offered for the residents and there seemed to be a lot of participation, however my mom rarely participated in things.

I feel if I'm paying for a service to look after my father I shouldn't have to remind them to give him his medication. PositiveThere was a huge gap in communication which left my brother with zero care for a week. The care that he received from hospice was very satisfactory, even though he was not the most pleasant and did not want company, but I think his family needed to know more about his care than we were told. There were things we could have been doing for him that we were not aware of. I ended up trimming his toenails giving him lifting him off of his bed and onto his wheelchair and onto the toilet and back again which I'm 75 years…
