★★★★★
PositiveThey are under new management. The only thing I can add is that they work well to drive our Aunt to her weekly outside events, which is super important to her. Also, the dining staff knows her preferences and acts on them without reminders.
★★★★★
CriticalI recently had a tour at Royale, and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism in the building. The exterior looks new, but the interior is old and the rent is extremely high, with no parking available. The hallways smell like urine, and I know the girl [Name Removed] is doing her job by showing rooms that are organized and presentable. However, some rooms, like the “showroom,” are not so good. CriticalThere has been considerable change in management and work staff in the last couple of years, which is a challenge to all. The overall cleanliness has gone downhill, even though they recently replaced the walkway carpeting. Some of the staff are nice and hardworking, but that is a rarity nowadays. PositiveHelpful in choosing a room that worked for my Auntie and her inability to walk too far. Billing issues resolved though it took quite a bit of follow up. Very nice staff. The food is good. Easy to use transportation Monday through Friday.
★★★★★
PositiveI've been a resident for 2 plus years and I'm impressed with the upgrades to property, the hiring of the right people, quality of the food and recreational activities. The population has grown due to a fantastic sales person. I've referred several people to her and they all mention her good nature and wealth of knowledge. I know I can't use her name but I'm going to do it anyway. Thank you [name removed] for being you. By the way, all the staff are great.
★★★★★
PositiveWonderful low income program and the residents are very talkative and funny. The staff is very attentive and timely. Med techs are are on top of everything there. The variation in food / meals is great and very low sodium.
