Zero stars. There was a lot of unqualified people at Seaton no one did their job too many DEI hires no one knows what anyone else is doing no one is held responsible for what is not done also no one communicates to let you know who's taking care of your human!! They promised a lot and delivered nothing! [Name Removed] is the best. She has been absolutely great from day 1. She has always helped with any questions I have had and is very courtesy and knowledgeable. The staff is very caring. The food always looks great. The room size is just perfect for my husband. The whole memory care unit is small and intimate just as Wendy said it would be.

I'd give a zero if I could. Leadership was rarely available and they were chronically short staffed. My mother was always running out of incontinence supplies which we paid for monthly. They always said the depends were locked away to prevent loss but no one had a key to the storage room on weekends! When they did give her supplies it was one pack at a time . Also my mom's shower had no hot water for 3 weeks....in December! She couldn't take a shower and only after repeated threats from my family did they fix the i…
