★★★★★
Positive[name removed] the salesperson was a huge help in getting to know the place. We toured all the building that pertained to use.

PositiveOffice staff is very helpful, teaching mom how to text on her phone and other features, and other things she needs advice about. Mom complains about the taste of the food, although it has improved a bit. Food service is VERY slow. Mom usually waiting 45-60 minutes or more at her cafeteria table for the food to come after she orders . Nobody wants to wait that long. Cleanliness good. Room size good. Activities... I don't know. An "always available" menu is set but if you order a hamburger with everything on it you'll likely get hamburger patty on a bun. No condiments or anything else. I received two apartment keys when I moved in on [date remove…
