★★★★★
PositiveThe lobby is very inviting; it gives a very welcoming vibe. The staff and residents had positive interactions. It is encouraging that staff is familiar with the residents we passed throughout the tour. Dining room does not look institutionalized. Love the menu is posted in a large font. We had an appointment but didn’t have to sign in. Is there a way to know who comes in for resident safety and evacuation info in an emergency?
Response from the communityVickie, YES! There is an Accushield sign in when you first come through the doors! I'm surprised that the receptionist and/or marketing director didn't have you go through that process and get your nametag! We actually just received recognition from Accushield as a Safe Community because of our adoption of the system. I hope you'll visit again ... so you can sign in and see for yourself!

PositiveFantastic place , very caring great food option beauty salon for men and woman very helpful lots of activities and music comes in.
★★★★★
PositiveOver all it's pretty good. My only complaint is the mixing up and losing clothes and shoes.
★★★★★
PositiveThe lady told me around was very nice. The facility was fine. It looks like the food would be just fine. The problem is I would need personal care and there’s currently no rooms available. The second problem would be I would like to keep my mom and dad together and when I showed my dad, the floorplans for personal care, the room would just be too small. My dad didn’t seem to be too interested in my mom and dad living together in a room that small.
★★★★★
PositiveGood Experience. I talked to 2 residents in independent living. and 1 resident in memory care. All three residents were giving the facility positive good ratings. The aesthetics were fair to good. [Name Removed] took us on a tour. She was great. Going back for a second tour on [Date Remvoed]

★★★★★
PositiveNice facility. Looked to be very clean, well laid out. Staff seemed friendly. One thing I did not really like was the memory care unit the residents could not bath or shower in their room. They had to go to another room. My aunt would not like that as she would probably need to be in the memory care facility. The price for staying was much higher than another place we toured
Response from the communityRobert, Thanks for visiting Senior Commons. As you mentioned, our Memory Care neighborhood apartments do not have private showers. Becasue residents with dementia and memory loss are assisted in the bathroom and shower, we use a larger shower room/spa. Residents are still afforded privacy and the space makes for a more comfortable experience. We'd love to have you revisit to be reassured of the value of the care provided.
