Family Experience

Food awful. Did not clean rooms every day. Developed sores on both feet and bottom. Did not check diapers every 2 hours. Seldom checked. 90 percent of the time was put to bed with a dirty diaper on. Patients were left alone in common areas for over 30 minutes. Staff would fall asleep at their post or sit playing on their phones. Had to go to wound care facility because wounds became so infected. From there went to another facility where he was checked every 2 hours and room cleaned every day, food was much more hea…

Everyone was courteous and friendly. The facility looks to be very nice. However, I have chosen a different facility because the cost is not variable based on how much assistance my brother would need, and the cost is locked in for life.

The facility is fantastic! The staff is very friendly. Everything was nice and clean. I felt like everything was explained to me in very understandable ways.

As peaceful as can be under the circumstances

Serenades has made my mother and experience as best as can ne this has been the hardest things to do but they have made our process good for us.

A pleasure to visit

Everyone in the family has a good experience visiting mom. We find the caretakers very kind and caring. The house seems very clean and packed with activities especially around holidays.

The employees are the most loving and caring people I have ever seen

All of the employee from the general manger to the nursing, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance are all such wonderful people. They have all been trained so well in caring for residents with memory problems. The employee go out of their way to provide the best of care to each induvial in the entire facility. I am extremely pleased with the excellent care they provided to my mother! Thank you for being so wonderful.
