Staff was very nice and helpful. In particular, [Name removed] really went above and beyond to help me understand the process of searching for facilities and what kinds of questions I should ask to help evaluate what facility would work for me father even if it was not Serra Highlands. Dining staff was also very sweet and greeted each resident by name and helped identify foods they liked. Actives were ok but limited. PositiveAccommodating staff
Dining staff made an effort to learn each persons name and food preferences today. Administrative staff was friendly and accommodating. They were good at explaining unfamiliar terms and took time to explain his care plan. Care staff, including Medtechs, would give us informal updates when we would visit. Their bathrooms for their Jack and Jill units are difficult to navigate if you have a walker. Same with the public toilets in near the dining room and activity room

PositiveMy experience with Serra Highlands
Overall my experience with them has been pretty good. They could do little better on keeping his room clean, especially the bathroom. I will say the staff is very friendly. The care is adequate. [name removed] doesn't talk much and doesn't complain about the food. They have activities for the residents, but unfortunately [name removed] doesn't participate. The cost is comparable with other places in the area that I looked into.

PositiveWonderful facility
The staff are great. They're very friendly, professional and helpful. The private room as well as the bathroom is a good size (smart TV included but streaming services not included). The facility is clean and offer activities throughout the day, which is great in keeping the clients busy. The facility also has a visiting room w/ TV, an outdoor patio, and a beauty salon. The clients can roam around the facility with minimal restrictions allowing them to socialize among each other. It's great place for yor love ones.
