Very nice atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. I would recommend to others.

Lovely facility

The facility is nice and the staff is very friendly, loving and helpful. They are able to handle actual advanced memory care residents. My mom was at another memory care facility before that couldn't handle her level of Alzheimer's.

Review for Serra Sol Memory Care

Moving a loved one from home to a memory care facility can be challenging, as the approaches to dealing with the patient that previously worked may need to be adjusted. Well trained, exceptional staff; Great environment

My wife suffers from alzheimer's disease and after many months of being her caretaker my health was beginning to decline. I investigated several memory care facilities and finally found the perfect place for her -- Serra Sol in San Juan Capistrano. The staff is very well trained both for compassionate care as well as the proper psychology needed to care for those with dementia. Serra Sol Memory Care review

I have a high standard, but when I was looking for a Memory Care facility for my husband I visited 7 or 8 communities, considering everything, Serra Sol was one of the better ones. For specific and better care for our loved one, I will go there in person and do it myself. All the activities are one fits all type, not to the individual needs and level of understanding. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far with Serra Sol

our families experience

The community is very close to us which is huge for visiting and anytime we have questions no matter what it is regarding they are always responsive. Serra Sol does not look or feel like a memory care center - there are no odors and it just feels very welcoming. We have already recommend this community to other families and we most definitely will continue to do so.
