The staff is very caring and work hard to accommodate their clients. The director of nursing is very attentive. Like all these places they need more staff. Some activities are better than others, but they make an effort to having regular outings outside the building which my husband enjoys. It's very expensive.

My mother has been at Seven Lakes for over a year. Her care has been excellent! The staff — from executive director to housekeeping and everyone else — truly cares for each resident. The staff is highly trained to care for those living with dementia. They are understanding, patient, generous, giving, and respectful. The facility itself is beautiful; it looks and feels like home. Their medical director, [name removed], was amazing. Extremely communicative and supportive through the whole process. Caregivers were so kind to dad, and to all of us when we visited. They were especially aware and supportive through our hospice time, which made a hard experience a little softer.
